    I got it when I bought my MacBook Pro, but I personally do not use it as often. I just find it annoying that Apple made the customer buy an Adaptor when it should be included in the laptop.

    This adapter allowed me to connect multiple devices to my new Mac. Adapter made by Apple means high quality! My gripe is the price and I wish my iMac came with more ports than just 2 USB-cs.

    This is needed since there is no USB port on the MacBook. Gives you the ability to use power cord and USB at same time.

    It does what it is supposed to do but I think the connectors are a bit too close and particularly when you have a thick and sturdy HDMI cable it moves the whole device around too much.

    This is a replacement for one that went bad. Mainly use it for the standard USB port for an external hard drive. Works great and does not take up much space in my photography bag.

    this is a great product. When it comes to cables you must get either manufacture cables or certified cables. This was just the right cable.

    Replacement for non Apple hub with more ports but which frequently disconnected. As expected, Apple hub plays well with Apple computer, though with fewer ports.

    I saw a different adapter that was 30$ cheaper at best buy and I'm sure they both work well. My company paid for this so I didn't care about the apple premium.
