    The new ports on Apple MacPro are proprietary. This is product is essiential to have on hand especially for college students. How else can you hook up to Microsoft and other devices.

    This allows you to use your preexisting chargers and plug ins with your MacBook Air USB-C connection. I can plug in projectors and other common items.

    Actually pretty much required if you have a late 2016 MacBook Pro as the only (all) 4 ports are USB-C. The device saves space on the desktop and keeps cable clutter under control
