Port sizes in adapter not very good.

As an Apple product I was disappointed. It took about three attempts to finally download the updated software. The C plug on the adapter loosely fits in the computer & falls out sometimes. The USB ports are very tight, and there have been times I was afraid I'd break something. Since then I've gone with third party adapters that have worked well
