    I tried using the J5 brand. Didn't work for me ( for macbook pro). This worked as expected. Would recommend.

    This is a solid cable that works well. The only downsides are that it is a little pricey and clunky for only containing USB C, HDMI and USB A.

    This little dongle provided multiple functions to the USB-C ports only MBP. It is a well built and solid accessory to my MBP.

    These tend to be a bit more expensive than off brand adapters but at least you know they will be compatible and are rarely DOA.

    Good device but terrible on Apple's end for end user to need an adapter. Definitely needed when purchasing 2016 or later Macbooks
