Not consistent

Don’t recommend spending the money on this item. Its not consistent when I works, I bought it to be able to use CarPlay and it disconnects frequently.

I was informed by Best Buy representatives this would work for Iphone 10 and 13. They don't and now Best Buy won't let me exchange them because they were opened.

Be careful what you are given

When I get there to pick it up, the box is labeled "Open Box". There is a significant price difference and I paid the higher price. I get the item back to work as it is for filming advertisements for the office, and it doesn't work. It won't connect to any phone we have. Obviously we were given a defective item because they no longer wanted it in the store.

Only half useful

Cant use aux for calls and to project onto tv with hdmi adapter. If all features were usable it’d definitely deserve a 5 stars.
