When I get there to pick it up, the box is labeled "Open Box". There is a significant price difference and I paid the higher price. I get the item back to work as it is for filming advertisements for the office, and it doesn't work. It won't connect to any phone we have. Obviously we were given a defective item because they no longer wanted it in the store.

Cant use aux for calls and to project onto tv with hdmi adapter. If all features were usable it’d definitely deserve a 5 stars.

I wanted to use my lightning connector earphones with the my phone that has a USB-C connection. The cable provided the interface required. It worked perfectly.

Just plug in your lightening end into the bottom and plug in the usb-c at the top and you’re good to go! Very simple solution.
