Allows me to use pretty much monitor wherever I'm traveling.

Works exactly as I hoped it would. I love that it's split so I can still charge my iPad Pro without having to choose between charging and hooking up to my projector for class.

Great multi port adapter where you can connect up to two peripherals while still charging your laptop.

This thing is not worth $80.00, but there is not really another option. My biggest complaint about the new macbook is that this connector is so expensive. It generally works well. Sometimes after the screensaver goes on the second monitor can get fuzzy - works again after you unplug and plug back in. I would recommend it to a friend if you have to hook this computer up to a monitor and charge it, because it is the only option right now.

This is something you have to have unfortunately when you buy a mac book.
