Have not used it yet, but it looks like it may work.

Design is somewhat poor but it does the job. Only downside to the new MacBooks

It's great when I decides to hold a connection, it has a mind of its own though.

Not using this multiport adapter any more, gave it to someone else who just got a new MacBook Pro to connect to his VGA display. It constantly prompted me to download software updates every time I plugged it in, very annoying. The old thunderbolt VGA dongle seemed to work better than this dongle.

USB 3.0 port doesn't work. Second one purchased, same problem.

It has limitations, please check before you go all the way to the store. Neither Best Buy staff or Geek Squad knew anything about the product. I had to actually Google about the product while I was in the store to learn more about what it is capable of.

Everything worked when running MacOS, but using it with boot camp was a headache to get it started. Screen would constantly disconnect when i first start. It would take numerous tries to get it working.

Did not work the sales person was not sure of the item and gave incorrect advise on the purchase.

Outrageously over priced! Went online and bought an adapter that does just what I need for $12.00.

It's still not the most helpful cord but that's apples issue not best buy

Apple products are the worst. After paying a premium for last year performance need to pay extra to make it work.

I learned that I needed HDMI with new Mac book pro Rep sold me wrong technology.

For a device this expensive, it easily gets connected with little movement.

If you have G-Tech drives, they will not work through the USB port. Very pricey.

Pay attention to the box. not a lightning plug adaptor!!

Apple Usb adapter is a must have product, if you need to transfer file on Apple imac pro to usb. you will need these. very light and you can easily store it on your backpack or laptap travel case. very good quality wont easily break when drop. i highly recomend these product. i rate it 4/5 star because apple can improve the design in the future. a Must buy Product.

Did exactly what it was supposed to do. Worth every penny.

I was able to connect my monitor, printer and plug in the power cord to the MacBook, all at once with this adaptor, everyhing worked right of the bat!
