Expensive for what it is, but works like a charm

However, I love my new MacBook and needed capability for a USB port as well as the charging port, and this is the only adapter that Apple currently sells to support that on their new MacBooks. I have used it to plug in a USB mouse while charging my laptop at the same time and it works like a charm. I am not sure if there are any third-party adapters, but they would definitely be cheaper.
