Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My frustration here is with Apple's use of proprietary plugs so that you have to have an adapter to use industry standard gadgets. A 10 key for doing taxes is a virtual requirement and this allowed use of an already-owned-gadget.

Behaves as advertised

Since my new computer only has USB-C ports, I purchased both this and the similar HDMI multiport adapter, and carry both at all times in the same bag as my computer. They don't take up too much space, and allow me to plug into just about any projector or screen, as well as USB-A devices.
