Not Your Average Cable

Instead of the usual plastic sheath it used previously and that most all other brands use, Apple now uses a textured woven sheath that exudes quality and shouldn't develop cracks and splits often seen with plastic sheaths. Furthermore, the price is the same as many brand X cables.
