    This particular cable relies on a "c" adapter which evidently does provide a good connection. Have yet to effectively connect to phone for charging.

    I had my phone with me and asked for assist. The salesperson found product and told me it would work (for sure) for my iPhone 11 Plus. When I got home, I discovered it didn't work. I needed to return to the store and return. I was then able to find the right product with assist from a different salesperson.
