Not much to say, it works as advertised. I wish they'd reinforce the wire where it goes into the connector, I've had to replace two of these so far for the same problem (and one because one of my cats chewed through the insulation).

When the generic brand phone charging cable started to fray, I decided to pay extra for the Apple brand cord. It's about half the length of the other one and is way too short!

It's the original cable for old iPhones and iPods that fact that it's so expensive is crazy but the cable is new and it works what more is there to say

Great product but I always have to replace it every six months because it doesn't hold much they're kind of sensitive and I'm always rough with my things throw them anymore.

These things should be made a little sturdier. The cable seems to snap near where the cord meets the adapter. If a reinforced housing could be added this would be a premium product.

Not impressed with apples chargers, they dont last very long before they dont work anymore, but apple has made it so most other cables will not charge their devices.

Sad have to keep buying these, the iPhone is a great product, but the choice for materials for the charging cable are sub-par and consistently fail in the same place.

Cable should last a long time. Salesman told me only last a few months. That's disappointing especially when your miles away from home and was using as a car charger.

I'm just getting used to apple products and I feel that the amount you pay for a simple cord it should last for a long time. The cord breaks easily at the connection point that is inserted into your apple product that needs to be charged. I've been through way too many cords than I should have, especially when I actually take care of the products due to their cost....they break anyway.

These cords need to be replaced too often. I'd rather Apple put the money into a stronger cord than the excessive high quality packaging.
