It is a cable

The only draw back is Apple seems to skimp in the connection to the usb and charge side and the cable. We run through about 20 of these a year because that connection breaks down and renders the cable useless.

Apple iPad Charging Cord

This one has sharp edges where you plug it in. These are made quite cheaply. The only upside is I can now charge my iPad. I will look for an alternate brand next time.

Not worth it

5th USB cable in less than a year

Same Old Piece
