This is the original Apple product and will work every time.

It charged my iPad quickly just like the original.

I bought this charger for my misplaced cable for my Ipod Touch. Like most Apple accessories it was fairly expensive for what it is.

Allows me to listen and charge my iPod on long road trips.

Could've been a little longer, but it seems dumb Apple Inc is stuck on 1 meter vice increments between meters.

My older cords all seem to start cracking where you plug into unit. This works great, but wish it was just a few inches longer.

I once purchased a universal connector to replace the one worn out for my iPad 2. That was a huge mistake....it was a few dollars cheaper but it would not stay plugged in. I took it back and requested a refund and have since purchased Apple connectors from Best Buy which perform exactly like the original.

I've bought a several of these chargers since there are no good generic chargers around that really work as well as this one. I also keep extra chargers so that I always have one when I need to take one to different places. I bought an off brand charger and it didn't work although the packaging said it would! Never again will I do that!

Its a cable so as long as it makes the connection its great. Since it is apple it is over priced.

Apple products are truly superior in construction, durability and design. I have purchased items from Amazon and eBay that state they are of equal quality and design - I can tell you they are not. I always by original products and they make a difference in longevity and durability. By OEM - it matters.
