I love Apple products but have been really unhappy with the frequency at which I have had to replace this stupid little cable. I am not overly abusive with them and in fact usually just leave them in one spot where I usually charge my tablet.

I was hoping that Best Buy had this Apple Cable for the older iPod / iPad products. Not only did they have it, but it was on sale!!

Since this is an older iPad, I thought it might be difficult finding the right word and charger. You guys hooked me up

With all the aftermarket choices for Apple products I went ahead and paid a little more for the original. Was it worth it? In my opinion yes. I tend to stay with original manufactured products because of previous bad experiences with aftermarket.

I wish Apple would have stuck with this cable. I know it was impossible, due to its limitations and size. But it was pretty strong.

The cable was to download pictures from my IPad to my computer. The product worked as designed and the pictures were downloaded quickly and efficiently.

I hate buying other cords because I am not sure if they will work or how long before the end breaks.

i was having trouble with my ipad charging and it turned out that not only did i need a new adapter, i also needed a new usb cable.

The last cord I had frayed at the joint. This one is new, works like a charm. Keep in the car for my ipod. Always charged and good to go!

If you have an ancient 1st generation ipod and have worn out or LOST your original cable, this is the one for you.

The Ipad charging cable is great. I've used the generic brands but they never work properly. This one is great.

Apple just makes things right. I had another generic brand cable and it just broke in half as I was trying to put it in the iPad

Tried another no-name brand that was poorly made. This is what I should have bought from the start. Great quality and performance.

I have tried less expensive alternatives some don't even work. So always come back to an Apple product for no problem service.

My 2nd gen iPad's cable finally fell apart after many years of use--I'm glad they still make this type of connector to replace it.

When it comes to accessories for your Apples products, it makes sense to buy Apple whenever possible; compatibility I important.

We have tried the knockoffs. You pay more for Apple, but the higher quality is worth it. This product outlasts the cheaper models.

I did not shop around, but Best Buy had the cable adapter. The Geek Squad figured out the my cable adapter needed to be replaced.
