I only use Apple cords with apple products. I am just happy I found one

Works great with my 3rd gen iPad. I only purchased a new one since I left my last one in the hotel.

Other adapters/chargers don't work for very long, so spend a little extra and get an Apple product!

Only suggestion would be to strengthen the wire where it connects to the broad plug that goes into the phone. It tends to weaken and break from constant bending during handling.
