    This is just the cord you need to charge previous generation (30 pin connector) iPhone and iPad. Very handy to have.

    Life time of cable is very less. Almost for every 3 months am changing the cable. I would suggest to use other brands because they available for lesser price.

    Original wire cable adapter wires frayed. Glad Best Buy still carried this model for my older IPad.

    I only use Apple branded charging cords, after poor experiences with other brands. Would score a 5, except my experience with these cables is they still wear out too quickly given the price.
