    Shouldn't have to buy and extended warranty for something this expensive. It should be expected to be covered for at least this long.

    Complete waste of money. My headphones are defective. After having them for 5 mins apple said they could not duplicate the issue and sent them back in the same defective condition.

    Getting AppleCare for your products is 100% worth it, my AirPods Pro 3 were lost somewhere in my yard by my dogs, probably chewed, and the default warranty only covers factory defects. With apple care, you will either receive a free replacement or one that’s heavily discounted, so I don’t have to worry about my new AirPods Max being lost or chewed again.
