    Not to good honestly, it takes forever to get your phones etc. fixed and plus you have to leave it with them for 3-4 days, now days you just can’t do that!

    Haven’t had to use the insurance, but when I have in the past it’s always a simple process. I’ve never had an issue getting my Apple products repaired or replaced.

    Unfortunately this was necessary. You never know if you are going to get a defective product and unfortunately the new AirPods malfunctioned for whatever reason the case stopped charging and it’s so nice to have AppleCare especially when it’s really not that huge of a cost for this product. I get it on all of my products

    Alway buy the Apple care! Always! Sons AirPods stopped working for whatever reason took them to Apple, repaired for free! Worst case would have cost $29 for new replacements worth the cost
