Bad customer service

Terrible customer service when I told them my item was stolen a few days after purchase and now I’m stuck with a balance and pay for someone’s else item.

Contacted Apple care + and loss is not covered. Darn thing fell out while riding bike and of course could not find it in the terrain!!!

Waste of Money

They make you use the manufacturer warranty. Before I purchased I asked how it worked and the cashier made it seem so easy. When I needed to use it they could not find my warranty so I could not replace my airpods that stopped working.
