Ok service for apple products

Unfair replacement

No Loss or Stolen Coverage

Not worth it

Well my daughter lost one, and there was no way for them to replace it for me, so I bought one on eBay, don't fall for it if you think it will cover the loss of one air pod

Not purchasing again

Was told what it would cover at purchase but that was not the case. We were told even if one of the AirPods was missing the plan would cover the product. Even with all the pieces present the store stated to me that Apple would not replace it.

They wont cover a steppen on one and a lost one
