These are the worst of the entire line of any product I have ever purchased from apple The first set of 3rd gen had a mfr defect where the left airpod wouldn’t even fit in anyone’s war then upon exchange both AirPods fit both ears But not not very comfortable nor very secure in my opinion….AirPods Pro and AirPods 1st &2nd gen are far superior than this lame duck product apple created….I compare them to AirPods Pro without the tips on the end…that’s how bad they are

If you're going to give a warranty for something like this give a warranty for the things that actually happen to them example : one usually gets lost or the charger just stops charging them unfortunately neither one of those are covered under this warranty

Y’all failed to mention that Apple Care+ does not provide lost and stolen coverage , but there is an Apple Care + option that does. So not only am I’m out of my AirPods I’m out of $130. Thank you for disappointing me.

I purchased Apple care and it is a huge disappointment one ear pod has gone bad and I took them to store they sent to Apple they said 5 days it’s been a month very disappointing NO UPDATES AVAILABLE is even worse nobody can find the THEY SHOULD REPLACE

I had to send it off to fix? They stopped working after 6 months and they wouldn’t let me just swap it out!! That sucked

Hmmm pay 20 bucks i guess to get this , should've come with airpods thou but yeah it is what it is.

Was told that it covered if my sons ipods were lost or stolen that it was covered by apple care + but it is not & now I'm out the money I paid for the ipods as well as the warranty! As a single Mom, this hurts.

I would never get this. Insurance should be based on a minimum value and so it wont make much sense to put so much safety on something of not great value

At the store they told me that the care was just in case an accident happened and when I called the lady about my airpods she said that it wasn’t for accidents so I paid just for nothing.

When you loose an AirPod you can’t get an AirPod with the protection plan. It kind of defeats the purpose of getting the Apple care.

Warranty is bad having to send them off to get approved if covered 1 AirPod is still 30 dollars if not covered it’s 80 . At that point might as well get a new set

garbage. total scam. does not cover loss or theft and costs one third of the price of the actual air pods.

Apple care is useless, they don’t help with anything. They want you to pay for everything so what’s the point of having it??

Never provided the instructions how to place claims. It's almost non-existent to find the right place to get support with claims.

Hope I don't have to use the protection plan. Only because it appears good customer service has become a long process.
