    Hi, I have a 2-year plan with Best Buy, but when I went to the Apple desk they told me I needed to pay an extra $20 for AppleCare and also $30 plus tax to replace the battery in my AirPods. I already paid $69 for the Best Buy plan, so it feels like I lost that money. Also, I just found out Apple says if the battery goes bad, replacement should be free—yet I still had to pay $30. Now they repaid my airpod max and the microphone is not working good anymore wow, canclled my plan and never again pay for these staff
