Insurance comes in handy for back up or replacement

Love AppleCare, have it on every single Apple device I own. Can literally just message Apple support and they’ll seamlessly mail you a replacement.

Decent. Works great with iPhone. Pretty good battery life.

Pointless to have. Best Buy charges $29 to replace them when they crap out after a year plus you have to wait 5-7 days while they send them in to analyze the issue and ship you a new product. Also, the level of customer service from the Geek Squad is severely lacking.

Apple Care+ is a good incentive for Apple products but I will mention that there are some exclusions like for lost earpods.

I would not recommend buying this from Best Buy. Especially when you can buy your own from Apple themselves and make sure it works. I purchased this weeks ago and my AirPods say they still aren’t covered. I tried contacting best buy MANY TIMES to get this refunded and or fixed, and there online support told me they couldn’t give me a refund and I’d have to call there number. So I called them repeatedly, about 6 different times, to get this fixed and every single time, they told me they couldn’t help me and would need to transfer me to an Apple "specialist". Which btw, is literally Apple support, they just didn’t tell me this. After talking to the Apple lady she told me my device is indeed NOT covered and she couldn’t issue me a refund since I purchased this from best buy. Since then I’ve tried calling best buy again and the automated assistant won’t even forward me to customer support for this issue anymore. It tells me to go on my iPad and cancel it, or go in store (which I do not have the ability to do since I am working over the road in another state). At this point, Best Buy stole my 30$ and did not give me AppleCare+. I’m fed up with this huge hassle to get a refund for something I DIDNT RECEIVE. I’m just going to buy it from Apple myself and I’m done with this trash.

Have not used it yet, but it is not too expensive to have with my Apple AirPods.

Good for easy repairs. Bought on all of my apple products. Cuts costs down if damage happens.

The “peace of mind” I got from buying AppleCare+ is priceless when considering how easy it is to loose an ear pod.

Thankfully I haven’t had to use it this far but I’m very happy that it comes free with purchase.

I am a volunteer audio engineer. The Apple AirPod pros are amazing. 3-D audio, crisp, and noise. Cancel is awesome!

Wouldn't ever pay for this again. If you need this service outside of completely wrecking the product through your own negligence, then you shouldn't by the product. What I mean by this, is if your product breaks on it's own fast enough for this not to expire, then it's a bad product. And Apple products tend to break on their own frequently.
