Absolutely worthless. Problems with Air pods pro 2 within one month of purchase. They diagnosed as ear wax and said they don't clean it. After we thoroughly cleaned they are still not good, meaning either AppleCare plus or their air pods are terrible. Additionally, you have to find an apple store and make an appointment to get them to diagnose. Why deal with Best Buy at all?

The process takes a long time to complete but it’s worth having

Apple Care for any Apple AirPods is the worst thing you can get. The one thing that happens the most with Airpods is what……You loose one!! They barely stay in your ear if your moving about and they alway find away to drop and disappear on the ground below. Apple Care does not cover lost of Airpods and that is the most disappointing thing about this warranty coverage. I will never purchase another Airpod again. They cost way too much not to have lost coverage!!

Totally worth buying Apple Care. I’ve had it on a number of devices and it’s paid for itself more than once. Considering how much I use my devices, it’s a must have these days on any new purchase.

I wanted to give Apple another try. I normally get the BestBuy protection plan with my devices because its great. But Apple FORCES you to use their GREEDY protection plan. These earbuds cost Apple about $20 and they have the nerve to deny a replacement?!

They sucked didnt fix anything with the air pods they charge when they want too. Your suppost charge them for 10 or 20 mins for a 1 hr hearing thats a lie. They last maybe 10 minutes. New they worked beautiful once that 8 or 9 month hit everything started coming out. Battery problems send them in to apple care nothing got fixed.

I don't know if it's worth it. I lost them and couldn't find them or track them.

Great for any issues you might have with Apple products. You can typically walk into the store with a reservation and they will either replace it or send it out for service.

Was an add on for my earpods. Didnt actually have to use it.

Haven’t had any problems with AirPods that are covered buy Apple Care so not sure if it’s worth it

Air pods work okay.. noticing some Bluetooth issues. Besides that the headphones work fine

Good to know I’m covered when or if anything happens to my AirPods. You don’t have to worry if you get the insurance your all covered for any damages.

I haven’t had the chance to use this protection plan yet but when I do I will definitely give my feeback

Purchased this to protect Airpods given to my 13 year old. I know that loss is most likely and not covered but knowing that other damage is covered is some peace of mind. I don't normally buy these plans but this one made sense even with the $29 copay per occurrence.

Not easy to use when needing to replace. Process seems more difficult than it should be

This earbuds is one off the best that I’ve ever own good sounds, battery life is good, durability is great would highly recommended to all
