Horrible warranty buy

They I’ll warrant and take care of all other products, but will go through all of apples processes. Will take forever to sit and wait for everything, might as well just go wait for three hours at the Apple Store, instead of 30 min in store and then 3-4 days for products to be shipped off and returned.

Anything to save Apple money

I had a dog eat my ear bud and Apple would not cover it. Said they needed the device back to cover it. Then they told me because it had been inside the dog they wouldn't cover it either even if I could get it back. Damage is damage. Now they won't to charge me $89.99 for a new ear bod and they are refusing to give me my 29.00 back that I paid for the Apple Care .

Where’s my proof of purchase in my Apple account?

However, they never show up in my Apple account. I continue to get notifications from Apple to purchase Apple Care+ before the deadline. Did I purchase a service from Best Buy and not from Apple? I’ve never had this issue with other Apple items I’ve purchased.
