Nice added security

A waste of money

Spoke to BestBuy advised to come into store. Geek squad advised that replacement would be $90..per piece - totaling $270. New device $250. What did I pay for? Its a definite waste of money!!!

Do not purchase AppleCare+ through Best Buy

I lost my AirPods Pro and tried cancelling the coverage and I spent more than 30 mins on the phone with Best Buy where they kept transferring me to "another dept" until they hung up on me.

The telephone option is a computer loop without anyone to answer. The chat or message agents waste your time then send you to an Apple store. The agent did not know the difference between lightning and USB-C cable ends.

I have all apple products but air pods pro are terrible and complete waste of money.

Coverage not worth it

Plus if you pay for the coverage from Apple upfront and they’re stolen you’re out all your money plus the money for coverage you now don’t need cause they were stolen.
