Pointless they send you to Apple if you have issue

Owned for 11 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We thought if we ordered the AppleCare plus through Best Buy, we would only have to deal with Best Buy if we had an issue., low and behold my son started having issues with his AirPod pro’s. Basically Best Buy told us there was nothing they can do & we had to contact apple. We contact Apple and they want him to send his headphones in & they would send him a new pair with the prepaid app box to return the old pair….of course they were going to charge the credit card until we sent the old ones back & that was fine but they ended up never sending the replacements, the box or charging my card.. so here we are less than a year later & im just bought him the gen 2 for Christmas. Definitely won’t be paying an extra $30 for this crap warranty again

Bad Case Door

I was told the lost bud was on me. He just opened the door 2 times and said it’s good. Well a week later it opened and I lost the right one.
