Unfortunately I had to use it! I had my new Apple Watch here in a couple days and had my return processed in a couple days. The service fee sucks of course but I guess understandable.

Always great to have the protection for your product. Accidents happen.

I can’t believe that they even provide a service that you can purchase like this I feel safe about my product because I know I can get it fixed if need be thanks too apple care

The new payment scheme is much more worth paying for. Pay a little up front and pay a little if you have an accident. This is how it should have been on the first gen (series 0) watches.

never had to use but I have always purchase applecare+ for all my products since they are so expensive its's worth it in case something happens!

I always purchase Apple care on all my Apple purchases and I end up always using it! Apple even has classes you can take to learn more about your device! I recommend those as wel!

I bought this watch for a gift for my significant other. I have heard no complaints. I like the accessories and endless bands that changes the look. My suggestion is to get a dock for your charger.

Love the fact that it offers 2 incidents of accidental damage since I bought these for my teens. Sure, there's a service fee, but it's still better than repurchasing the watch outright.

Bought the Apple care for my first generation Apple Watch a few years ago never had to use it and the watch still works great for first generation.

well i havent had to use it yet so thats a plus. but it is supposed to protect the watch from a number of things, water, scratches, damage, ect, idk the deductable i think $0 so thats cool.

If you want apple to even talk to you, you need apple care. I especially bought for apple watch because I figured since it's on my wrist it would be more likely to sustain accidental damage.

having apple care helps me feel safe when I wear my watch! Because your wrists apparently goes through a lot and with Apple care I can feel relaxed instead of stressed when I wear my watch

I highly recommend anyone buying an apple product purchase the Apple care plan as well. This produce allows replacement even if you cased the damage it's amazing and I highly recommend it.

If anything happens like cracked screen chips or wear and tear we're covered and you can take it back pay a small fee and replace it or they'll fix it for you. Can't beat that at all.
