This is a good think for my kids Apple Watch better prevent

Must have if is for a toddler, alwasy good to have it

Given my experience with Apple devices and no matter how well we try to take care of them, its great to know Apple Care is there to help you with those unexpected accidents and incidents where traditional repair is not an option. Definitely had to get this for my daughter’s Apple Watch in case anything happens.

I wanted additional care protection for an expensive iwatch purchase. The cost was a little more than planned. 10.00 more than other store but watch wasn’t available. So far no problems

Not sure this is a great value if the watch is any good. And if it isn’t, I wouldn’t be without AppleCare.

No use of taking 2yers plan when they don’t replace.

IF I HAVE APPLE CARE FOR 2 YEARS AND I DONT WANT MY APPLE WATCH BECAUSE I USED COUPLE TIMES AND I FEEL SOMETHING WEIRD IN MY WRIST, LIKE A PAIN

So I reside in Pennsylvania and I don’t understand why I was charged taxes when this is a service and not a physical product. Recommend it only because it is pretty much an insurance on the product if I damage it and there’s no other option that I know of.

Haven’t had the opportunity or need to use this service.

This has been the most horrible experience. I ordered on the 5th of December Fedex lost the order on the 6th which I can see in FedEx tracking. I contacted FedEx and they confirmed the loss. They directed me to the seller. Best Buy has pushed me off every day for 2 weeks giving me a call back day to cancel and reorder. I call and they are trying to push me off another day when they are aware this is a Christmas gift and can see from tracking that it has CLEARLY been lost. They are refusing to cancel my order altogether. Now I have a charge on my Best Buy account with no product and no cancellation options. DO NOT BUY from BEST BUY. They leave me no choice but to report them to CITI bank for stealing my money!

Advice from Apple: Never buy the Apple Care from a third party. Backstory: I ordered an Apple Watch 9 to be delivered to my home. It was damaged in shipping and marked by the delivery company as "undeliverable". I notified Best Buy of this and they kept insisting it was on the way. Ultimately, BB refunded the purchase price of the watch but neglected to refund the service plan. When I called Best Buy on the phone, they refused to issue a refund and made me contact Apple. After another hour on the phone, Apple agreed to send me the money but couldn't understand why Best Buy didn't take care of it, in the first place. Short Answer - Never buy this from Best Buy.

Not had to use it yet, so we'll see if it works if the watch doesn't.

Unfortunately it doesn’t cover if the screen is damaged

Apple care just one of the best insurances that you can add to your product there’s never no issue just go to Support follow the steps and you’re taking care of

There are many free options that I will not consider this

If the watch has a 1 year warranty and you buy a 2 year extended warranty then why would this not give you 3 years worth of warranty????? Another Best Buy rip off because the 1 yr + 2yrs only = 2 years to them.

Loved it exactly what i needed. Showed up when expected. Definitely a great purchase!!!

Bought it for my husband and he loves it, he wasnt a watch guy but now he is.

Absolutely a sick product wouldnt reccomend any other product to someone

Would not recommend buying apple products without applecare warranty.
