I’ve been paying for AppleCare for years now.. I’ve used it on all of my iPhones, my iPad, both of my Apple watches I’ve owned.. never, NEVER, have I had to file a claim for my devices until today. My Apple Watch broke last night so I chatted online with customer service and they informed me that my AppleCare actually expired may 2021 (2 months ago), unbeknownst to me. So I call Best Buy support. Wait over an hour to speak to someone…. Jose informs me that since I’m a longtime loyal customer, I should still be able to use my AppleCare. So he transfers me straight to AppleCare. I’m on hold for approx. 5 minutes then am hung up on. So I go through the Best Buy support line, again, wait over half an hour to speak to someone new then explain my situation again, adding in that I already spoke to someone and got disconnected. She transfers me to AppleCare. Then that person answers, I explain everything, AGAIN, then he proceeds to transfer me to someone else. This happens a couple more times, I believe, before I’m finally speaking to a woman with AppleCare. She’s looking through my information, says she’s trying to investigate what’s going on or something to that effect, then after 20 minutes on the phone with her, SHE HANGS UP. So I give up. Now I’ve got a broke Apple Watch and the customer service has been HORRIBLE. No one knows what the hell is going on or who needs to speaks with whom around that place. I’m so disappointed with how this situation has been handled. I will not be purchasing AppleCare EVER again.

I think if you buy anything you want to add this on for sure with any Apple products

Apparently when you buy this through best buy it messes with Apple and they don't handle it well. AppleCare is great, not as enthused about buying it through best buy.

This review is based on the fact I am a super health nut... I exercise hrs a day, so for me to keep tract of my heart rate and amount, helps me monitor the quality and also pushes me even more. It is also a great help I can get my messages and calls without also having my phone in my hand.

This is worth the price. If you need any answers just contact Apple.

I always buy the warranty plan with most everything I buy.

Like any insurance, you have to decide if the monthly costs are worth it. I do not think so unless you are careless with how you wear it.

I like the price and I understand it’s value. I doubt I will ever actually need to use it, but when that day comes it will for sure be 5 stars.

Best protection. Never know if u have an accident.

I purchase Apple Care on all of my apple products.

My watch started to swell and I was able to take it to an Apple store. Thanks to the apple care offered through Best Buy the whole watched was replaced and upgraded do to the swelling being a known issue. Was so thankful to have been offered the chance to buy the added protection on the purchase.

It’s good I would recommend just buying outright not the month to month. Eliminate as many recurring payments as possible.

If it were cheaper it would be worth it everytime. But until then only get if you break you are careless.

Well it's a watch, made by Apple. So Apple Care+ Is always needed let the company tell you. I purchased it because it was shoved down my throat by Apple.

Never used it tho really hard to cancel. Still not able to find an option to cancel online.

It’s always a good idea to get AppleCare. You never know what could happen.

i pay for it every month but have never used it, so I'm not sure.

Haven’t had to use so not sure if it’s great or not will see I guess
