I picked up the AppleCare+ monthly plan when I got my Series 7, and while I haven't needed to file a claim on the watch itself, I'm glad to have it. My confidence in this coverage comes from a solid experience with AppleCare+ on my iPhone, which actually needed a replacement and was handled smoothly. The appeal of this plan is the comprehensive protection it provides. The extended warranty covers hardware issues, the accidental damage protection takes the stress out of daily wear, and knowing battery service will be covered if needed gives real peace of mind. Access to Apple-certified service is straightforward, which matters if something does go wrong. The main advantage is that peace of mind costs relatively little on a monthly basis. It spreads the expense out, making it easy to justify. The limitations are what you'd expect—accidental damage does come with a service fee, and this doesn't cover loss or theft. It's also worth noting that you're locked into Apple's repair ecosystem. Overall, for a device you wear daily, the protection seems worth the modest monthly cost. I'll likely keep this active for the life of my watch.

A must have for apple products. Significantly reduce repair costs for accidental damage (drops, spills) and screen cracks and ease of replacement.

Getting a Apple Watch with AppleCare was excellent, and with the AirPods 4 was excellent if you break something they can fix it easily and that’s why apple care is great to anyone

I haven’t needed to use the warranty for my Apple Watch yet but it’s nice knowing that I have that option available. Typically, the Best Buy I frequented in years past would be extremely helpful in getting things done especially since they were Apple certified.

We bought this watch for my mom. It has all the features we were looking for, blood oxygen, heart rate, and so much more. She is still learning everything, but she loves it.

Definitely love this option (monthly) since it feels a tad bit more affordable, but also great to change around if we want to trade in and what not. Part of a buying incentive for apple products. Take advantage!
