Worst Customer Service Ever!!!

Headphones got broken under the time frame it was protected and when it was time actually use the "protection" service I explained to them I do not have a Best-Buy location near me it is 3 hours away from the place I live so I wanted to ship it for diagnostics. I chatted bestbuy first and then they told me to call Geek Squad which I did 7 times because they kept either hanging off the phone or transferring me to the main menu so that I could explain the same things again. In short one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had. Sometimes it is even hard to understand what they are saying from the accent. and I say this while being an immigrant myself. If you do not have a close BestBuy location do not even think about buying this useless protection.

Beats Buyer Beware

Owned for 1 year when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Beats Buyer beware - When you attempt to utilize AppleCare to replace Beats headphones, you have to do so through Apple, not Best Buy. In addition, Apple will require a hold on your credit/debit card for the value of the headphones while they ship the replacement to you, and will not release it until they receive the broken headphones back. You can bypass this by going to an Apple Store. Unfortunately for me, there is only one store in my state and two hours away from me. So, I would have to allow them to hold approximately $400 for 10+ days, just to have the headphones replaced. If I had known I would need to jump through so many hoops, I definitely wouldn't have paid for this plan.

If you by any chance feel for a second that this will be a easy fast process please reevaluate your options. Not only the local best buy store that I purchase the item from not exchange the faulty item they ship it out wish could take 7 to 14 days for you to get eather a new device or a repaired device. Spoke with a apple care representative and they adviced me to go into an apple store . So I did as I structured arrived at 11:45 pm sense I had to go to my local best buy first given I had an appointment there . Upon arrivimg to the store not only there was a line with 10 people waiting, after speaking with a representative from the store they set me up with an appointment first I was told between 1 and 2 pm so I went and got lunch came back at 1:30 pm and the guy told me oh no Sir your appointment is at 3:40pm dear god . I spent nearly my entire Saturday attempting to return a pair of faulty earbuds. Now like I said if you value your time avoid if you don't really care go on ahead .

Waste of Your Money on Headphones Wireless

I buy the apple care on all my products but my beats pro wireless I bought before this one, they refuse to replace the beats, they keep trying to fix them and it’s not working.

Apple care for the beats poor customer service

I am looking forward to buying the Sony wh1000m4 when they go on sale. When I went into get the battery changed I was told they could not do it and I could only get my money back. That was very sleezy and I did not appreciate the hood wink. I felt poorly treated when this happened. But overall best buy treats me well and I continue to purchase needed items.

This is our 4th pair of these, because we love them. However, no matter how delicate one is the headband breaks
