Hard to know unless I have to use it. Obviously hoping I don’t.

I bought this at BestBuy for $99. Overall, I can't say anything bad. The noise cancellation is really lacking. After Sony, I can say the sound is 5/10.

So far I am loving these ear buds. I have a small ear canal and these offer an amazing sound and feel great. I have used Apple AirPods for 4 years and they finally died. I wanted something that fit better and was more discreet. I would definitely recommend these ear buds.

It works just fine but the volume is sooo low. I had the Beats Studio 3 before these and the sound range was so much better. Extremely dissatisfied but I’m stuck with them for now.

Sleek, small in size but large on sound! So glad I purchased this!

Great upgrade! They feel lighter and I love the updated USB-C. The case is a downgrade, it feels fancy with new pockets, but the old one was more protective.

I replaced the headphones I lost on vacation with the same beats I had. Headphones are simple to use and perform well. My complaint is with the flimsy case that came with the new set...the previous set came with a solid hard case that protected them well...I guess I'm off to eBay looking for the old case they came with

Another rip off..in order to get replacements u have pay for the replacement first and when you send yours back and if can repair it they return it to you and afte 3 weeks you’ll get your money back. Tied up card.. then you have to return the substitute one they gave you or pay for it..

I really suggest getting Apple Care even f you don't think you'll need it, it's better safe than sorry because will Apple Care the deductibles aren't nearly as much without it.

A good thing to have in case you need it. I have never had to use for any Apple product

Completely useless. The right side stopped working after 60 days and I only use this for my gym 3 times a week. Called apple and they want to charge the same amount of money as the headphones to fix it. Buy a $20 one from Amazon they last longer and they have the same sound quality. I did not pay attention to most reviews although they shared all kinds of problems. The reason was all 5 star reviews. Now I know they are from people who just bought it and gave the review, I guess. Don't waste your money. Apple has absolutely useless quality control now.

Headset is small and padding is light. My ears hurt after wearing for 30-60 min. I purchased for use at work and it does not work. Regret purchase. :(

I must’ve got a bad set because they rarely work correctly either one side doesn’t work or the other side doesn’t work or they just don’t link to my phone either way when I need to use them it takes me 15 or 20 minutes to get them to work if they will cooperate. Trying to deal with Bestbuy and the apple store not a fun process. Stuck with a paperweight

I’ve purchased 2 pairs, one for myself and one for my son. Save your money and go with a different brand. It seems that there are common issues reported by users. My left earbud dies after 2 minutes while showing a full charge, both earbuds will randomly disconnect. Currently my right earbud is now dying but still showing an almost full charge. Apple is no help and it seems they do NOT honor their products and no this is not normal wear and tear!!!

The box arrived open. They sent me a used product. The security bands were open. The person who first opened them left a clump of hair inside the box, gross.

I have been dealing with an older model for the last few years with continuous issues. I have had them "repaired" at least 4 times with no resolution of the issues. When I connect them to a device only one side works or if charged overnight only one side completely charges. I am using them with one device and then they automatically switch to another device without being prompt to switch. Extremely disappointed and will never buy this product again. I only keep trying to use them due to the amount of money that was dropped on them. I wish I never bought them and stayed with the Bose products.

Great sound didn't last very long. One stop working after 11 months.
