Haven’t had to use apple cafe yet. Hoping I don’t have to either. In the past Best Buy has been very helpful with fixing issues on things I’ve bought from them. Hopefully they continue to provide the same great service they have in the past years .

Apple care is good for any product to apple, great.

Apple care insurance is necessary, but there is always some type of Issue getting item fixed or replacing your piece of equipment or produc Very pricey as well. Buyer s make sure it makes sense if your gonna get a protection plan from apple.

Great buy for kids who lose or break apple products.

AppleCare is normally great to help with problems with product but it doesn't cover losing or misplacing AirPod, which is what happened to my set. Great value for other problems.

I love my Apple products and to have them protected

Purchasing this is pretty useless if your airpods are lost or stolen as insurance doesn't cover those so not only are you out of $120-160 dollars, you're out of the $40-50 you paid for the insurance.

The plan is great. The process of using the plan is ridiculous. Needing to set an appointment for drop off, waiting for items to be shipped to be repaired and the scheduling a time for pick up. Takes entirely to0 much time.

This was a pointless purchase for me. I never used it and honestly don’t see how this would be beneficial unless I lost my headphones. And from my understanding- they don’t replace them anyway.

A little pricey for what it is. Also know it’s better to go to the Apple store for your repair/problem as all Best Buy will do is send it out, which takes anywhere up to a month from what the Best Buy associate told us.

I really like these but they do go in and out on me when on the phone sometimes or don’t always connect and stay connected. A little disappointed maybe I just received a defective pair.
