Bought it but Never used the AppleCare+ I think its a waste of money. They should have an incentive for people who never use it or increase the duration to like 4-5 years.

Unfortunately with the way Apple products are you have to pay more for additional protection, for the privilege of still having to pay to fix the issues that Apple products have.

Honestly I bought the Apple care just in case because there is only what if... I haven’t used it for my headphones but it’s there still if I need it, I guess it’s nice to know I have it just in case.

2 years is nothing. After two years, your device starts messing up, and they can't do anything since it's out of warranty. That sucks.. Apple can do better if they want to be. BE BETTER.

It doesn’t cover list or stolen. I lost my left AirPod and had to pay for a replacement, which was $70 bucks.

Better be safe than sorry but still a bit pricey at over 5% of the original price, my only gripe is that unlike applecare for iPhones they dont offer a lost option.

This Protection plan is great to have but it doesn't cover everything and is sucks because I paid money and its kind of a waste.

This is my second pair to purchase because my first pair was not holding a charge well after owning the pair for a couple of years. They worked great and I used daily. My new pair is now not working properly on a regular basis. Many times there is no sound from the right ear bud. This is very disappointing since I’ve only owned these for a couple of months! I am now using my ok’d pair more than my new pair. I don’t know if the quality in the production has just gone down.

Not so sure about the beats, it’s just November and already the piece that goes around your ear has broken. They’re too expensive to break so easily!

it is a must on certain products and this is one of them. technology can work today and not tomorrow, avoid the frustration later.

Won’t stay in my ears but I love everything else about them..

I took Apple care for my daughters air pods and before some days something went wrong when we took to the store they said go to Apple store

Can I purchase AppleCare with my Beats by Dre so far so good I haven't had a chance to use it yet I hope I don't have to

This should be included with the purchase of ear pods since they should be able to not break in two years

Well if you are going to be spending all that money on the head phones, then you might as well buy this product to go with it to to protect your investment in an expensive and overpriced item. Unless you don’t want to get sucked into spending more money on an already overpriced item, go ahead and buy this too. That’s what my uncle did anyways

i recenty had them paired to a galaxy phone and now i bought a iphone12 and can't seem to pair the headset to the iphone, i don't get why

I haven’t had to use it. It’s still under store warranty and that’s what have covered them for the many of times they have been without them.

i don't not think that they will honor the warranty on this product . i accidentally ran this item over with a car .

This is great, but it should be for a lifetime replacement, as soon as this runs out my headphones will break most likely

I love these headphones however the left side keeps not working after you've had them for about 9 months
