One Hour for replacement of a cheap item.

I only needed a replacement cable for one in the box that was defective and would not work. What the heck---I paid for Apple Care and they can't send a 50 cable when quality control should've caught the defective cable! Quality Control failed at many levels, for a simple item, and Apple Care added misery.
