It has its pros & cons. Worth it for some products

Don't purchase with Beats headphones! After being advised to purchase the AppleCare+ with my second purchase of Beats headphones because my son's first pair broke on the band and Apple would fix the problem if it happens again, I was told by Apple that they don't cover Beats headphones when the band breaks. I was on the phone with Apple for hours, over a couple of days, trying to understand their policy. Truly was frustrated and disappointed in both Apple and the Best Buy salesperson who insured me that purchasing the AppleCare+ would cover a broken band on the headphones.

It’s worth to have on your earphones comes in handy.

Not getting what I I expect. Was sold AppleCare for my AirPods. My AirPods are now not working. Best Buy confirmed both AirPods are not working properly. Instead replacing them. Best Buy is sending them somewhere else to be replaced.

I wish I would have gotten this with my first purchase.

I purchased apple with for a peace of mind. Thinking that it would cover damaged or defected product. My daughter was riding her skate board and one of her airpods fell out her ear and right under the wheel of her skate board. Brought it back to bestbuy for a warranty claim and was told by one of the associates that they cannot take it back due to neglect of the product and claimed that a "dog" in which we do not have, had chewed it up. I asked what made you assume that. She said that's just what it looks like to in their eyes. Furious by the accusation and her fine forensic analysis and professional expertise of damaged goods. I swallowed my anger grabbed my damaged airpods and proceeded to exit the bulls#!+ store.

Got this just in case of an issue but I’ve never had an issue with Apple products

Would recommend getting this if you’re like me and lose or damage your items.

I think this was a waste of money and over priced. I love apple products but they should back their products better.

Never used it and when I tried was told could not use to replace item. I usually do not buy Apple Care except for cell phones but these were Beats by Dre wireless earphones. Oh well, we live and we learn.

So I lost one of the earpieces. And I try to get a replacement product. But you can’t get a replacement product if you lost one of the earpieces. It’s just not covered But they keep your money for insurance.

It is not worth having in my opinion! Not only do you pay for the program, (monthly in my case), but there is also a deductible. It does not cover loss or theft regarding airpods!! No discounts for replacement cost.

The batteries are shot in my airpods and I can by brand new set for the cost of this plus the deductible they charge for 2 ear buds. What a waste of money.
