    I bought Apple Care with a pair of Power Beats Pro. I dont like the waiting of sending something that does not work and waiting for it to be repaired. The beats have failed me and I dont trust not working products twice. This is a inconvenience.

    It is a good protection program the only thing that sucks is that you gotta pay thirty dollars if you loose your AirPods or something but it’s way better then paying 160 dollars.

    These are over priced. I wouldn't recommend getting this at all. I got it for my beats headsets and I returned them almost immediately. So I made the purchase for nothing.

    Do not buy if you use with "Geek Squad" from Best Buy. It is too hard to make an appointment, long wait time even with that appointment. The staff are inefficient and send everything out for others to "repair" with at least a 10 day wait time. If tour item is replaced you will receive refurbished replacements. Save your money and place towards the replacement price.

    Apple Care is a joke. I don't recommend getting it as it hasn't done much justice for me. My beats still have issues and they won't hear me out.

    Will Place a Full-Price Hold on Replacement Item

    Bought this for my airpods and the airpods stopped working. I was told I could receive a mail-in replacement, but would be charged for a new pair of airpods, which would be refunded once my old airpods were received. Or, I could do an exchange in-store, but I would have to make an appointment. There is no availability for two weeks (as far out as appointments can be made). The advice I was given was "Check back periodically to see if someone cancels their appointment".

    I only purchased the apple care because the cashier had told me he had purchased it also in case you lose a headphone and the apple care would cover it. Come around a year of having the earphones the left ended up falling out and breaking. When I went for the replacement I was told it would be a full charge of around 80$ for the replacement. Not Worth the cost.

    don't purchase not worth it... better off getting something else besides beats or apple products...better get Best Buy Protection plan. Apple plan takes forever bad customer service and they don't really replace your products

    Apparently if you bring broken headphones in you’ve had for 8 months or so on the Saturday after Black Friday they don’t stand behind their protection plan. Thank you Florence Best Buy, will not purchase from you again. Nor will my business account.

    It is the worst insurance you can purchase, and the service! They always are so nice and they will tell you they doing all they can but, at the end you are lucky if you get what you wish for.

    No reason to get the AppleCare. The find my iPhone app does not locate them unless they’re outside of the wireless charging case which is ridiculous. Also they do not transfer your AppleCare over to a new pair and to even get a prorated refund over the phone is impossible since they hang up on you. The replacement pair cost more than just simply ordering a new one.

    Brought defective air pod back to Best Buy and expected replacement. They said they do not provide support for Applecare+. Since there are no nearby Apple stores, this has become a bigger problem for warranty service. Do not recommend this plan given the difficulty in obtaining replacement support.
