Applecare+ for headphones sounded good but upon reading the details there is a large service charge of $149 if anything happens. That is 75% of the prices of a new unit. So I am paying $19 to have "coverage" in the event of damage that will cost me almost as much as a brand new pair anyway. It is not what I expect from a protection plan.

Nothing get replaced, sent off and try and repair. Better off buying another brand and get the best buy warranty. Save the headache

Apple care with Best Buy sucks. If I could give it a -1 I would. Best Buy does not honor what they sell. My headphones went out and I only had them for a week. Would not replace them even through I had Apple Care.

I was told that I can just bring my product back to the store I bought the item and even though I have AppleCare my product has to be shipped to corporate in order to get my product replaced after I refuse to trouble shoot my product I was told just bring the product back no questions asked but that’s not the case

Went to bring my ear pods in to exchange them 6 months after purchase. Was met with criticism an an attitude. Told me I had to wait for them to figure it out & then when they couldn’t they basically said they work fine because they didn’t cut out or disconnect in the few minutes they checked them out.

Can be good, but you have to pay for new parts. Kind of a waste of money

Be careful with apple- please read carefully about the fact that they have a deductible even though you buy apple care. They find ways to not honor your apple care for any reason. Very sad…..

Overpriced for something you still need to pay extra when using the program

Calling Apple to handle things is a hassle. Takes forever to get a problem solved

AppleCare has a deductible as high as the cost of repair or often even replacement.

Not good at all i took them in because they are obviously not working easily get disconnected from the phone not loud as before and because "they didnt see a problem with them" they didnt help me in any other way didnt fix them and didnt even offer to give me other ones

I do not recommend this. To me it was a extremely poor choice

This supposed cover partial lost damage. My doughter accidentally get hers dropped between the sitting chairs of gymnasium chair that possible demange and not retrieve. Now she has box charger and only one side to get back to insured. So insurance now says not cover partial lost

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Doesn't cover the loss of both air pods, just one? Yes. Both...no. No one mentioned that when we bought this policy and the rep at the Cool Spring Store was so very kind about today it as well. Was definitely not a Best Buy.

Stopped working properly after having a couple months.

I bought an Apple Care Protection + product for the AirPods that I purchased on 10/2/20. I paid $29 for two year protection. Today is 3/15/21 and my right AirPod has stopped working. I called Apple care and they Rep told me that I have to pay a fee.

Yeah I purchased them but lost the whole case know I’m out on AirPods. Thought I had lost and theft. Nope have to jump through hoops to cancel Apple Card plus with no theft and loss plan.

I don’t think I will purchase insurance anymore. It is already broken and I can’t get it replaced because I lost it. No one can use it without the case that my grandson has. I only had it for three weeks!
