Did not cover when lost. I was able tracked down who got it but lasted only for 24 hours I was able to tracked it but timely it disappeared when police arrived. Failed to recover it.

You pay for the protection but in order to use it you have to pay again - seems like a giant rip off to me.

Waste of money buying this when the product itself is defective.

Doesn’t cover most air pods, I lost my right one and they told me to call Apple to get it replace ? Why sell me a warranty if it doesn’t cover it.. so all in all it only covers malfunction

Not good. I accidentally broke my AirPods and bestbuy nor apple didn’t want to replace them. Don’t buy this plan because it only covers scratches.

Good for the first couple of weeks, but they drop connection sometimes. Apple care charges 29 dollars to fix each issue w/ apple care. That said I decided to return them due to this complications.

Don’t have any benefit to your Apple product if you haven’t used you the Apple Care+ you still pay for it then when you decide to cancel it you loose value and you get less of your money back.

i bought apple care for my airpods because i was afraid of losing them. Found out weeks later it doesn’t cover lost airpods. it’s really useless in my opinion

Honestly not worth it. I thought I lost them a few weeks ago and reached out to see what they could do and they do not offer replacements - you still have to pay.

Not worth it. It doesn’t cover lobster stolen AirPods. It only covers something if there’s something wrong with your equipment. Not worth it

Worthless no more Apple Care always proplems , not easy at all to return or even upgrade the Apple products we have , not happy with apple care never ever us it or buy it ,

This protection plan is terrible. Must visit the Apple store to get a repair or replacement. Samsung and other products are so much easier with their respective plan.

First time I buy a warranty at Best Buy and they give me the run around. They sent me to apple to fix my airpods ... Apple tells me to go back where a bought them at. Very annoying

This is for item damage, not loss like Best Buy's program. Would never have bought it if I would have read the fine print. Son lost one within a month of purchase.

Never trust best buy about protection plans, i really regret buying it from best buy , because once you need to use the plan they will give you hard times

Not happy I purchased AirPods with plan lost AirPods a month later unable to get replaced they would not transfer to née AirPods will never purchase again

I tried to file a claim and have been getting re-directed for over a month. No answer or assistance thius far.

If you need a replacement due to damage I’m sure the coverage is great. But if your AirPods are stolen this is a waste of money.
