It's not worth the risk. Just consider it in the cost like taxes and shipping.

I hope I never have cause to use it, but it sure is comforting to know it’s there “just in case.”

Ive owned Apple products for a very long time now and they never give me any issues with replacement phones, ipads watches or macbooks. Worth paying for the warranty.
