I was talked into buying this warranty for $70.00 with the explanation that if ANYTHING happened to it, it would be replaced and yet when something actually did happen to it, I was told no because it was considered 'catastrophic' my daughter kneeled on it and it broke. No product should break like that from being needed in.

I purchased the 2-yr Apple Care plan for my son's new Apple iPad 10th generation nearly 2 yrs ago. I'd recommend the plan with any Apple device because I learned a hard lesson after my son dropped & cracked the screen on his 7th gen iPad with no Apple Care plan and I paid out of pocket to replace it. Months later, my son dropped the same iPad & cracked the new screen. It only made sense to purchase a new device & the protection plan.

A great safe guard for any of your Apple products. I remember buying an IPhone and in 1 hour I dropped the phone accidentally. Thank goodness I had Apple Care. It allowed me to get it repaired with a minimum out of pocket amount. Be safe and get the plan

I took this for my Daughter. She does her school work, and attends other zoom related classes. And this worked without any issue. Also, she practices drawing using the app, and this ipad shows all colors perfect with vibrant shades.

Purchased with ipad for my granddaughter and within 6 months she dropped and screen cracked. It was easy to get a replacement since screen could not be fixed.she got a new ipad . Needless to say my granddaughter is more careful with this one and a new case.

I tend to be clumsy so it was a must for me My old ipad could no longer be services for a cracked screen Still works great but I got a new one

I’m purchasing this for the first time…but hope I don’t need it. But it was reasonably priced. You never know with electronics.

Going with Best Buy because they had the color I wanted, the lowest price, and quick service. I got the Best Buy membership to help with return on any defective product because it is so hard to find time but with the extended return policy it it makes it much easier. Always quality products!

I love that you’re given the option to place AppleCare on your Apple products. I will buy it every time.
