    I purchased an iPad 10 Gen, There were problems signing it right away. I made three trips to Geek Squad. The issue was not resolved., and I got locked out of the iPad. I have been locked out for 15 days with a promise that I will get a text message with instructions on what to do next. I have yet to get a text message. I spent about $1000.00 for the iPad, cover, paper like screen cover, iPen and it has not worked since day of purchase. I have yet to see the value of the plan since it has not done me any good at all.

    I can’t really say much about the Apple care+ until I need it. I got it only in case I need it. I’ve always gotten it for my phones and thought it made sense for the iPad also.
