Best Buy informed me that if I bought a new iPad to replaced the one that was damaged, I could not transfer or get credit for the un-used AppleCare+. If I were to purchase a replacement iPad, if I wanted AppleCare+, I would have to pay full price for a new plan.

I AM NOT WORRIED ABOUT RUNNING OUT OF SPACE. IT REPLACES AN IPAD THAT WAS STOLEN OUT OF MY CAR, WE RECENTLY RECOVERED THE OLD IPAD, MY SPOUSE SUGGESTED THAT I COULD NOW RETURN THE NEW IPAD, i LOOKED AT HIM AS IF HE HAD LOST HIS MIND!!!!
