I AM NOT WORRIED ABOUT RUNNING OUT OF SPACE. IT REPLACES AN IPAD THAT WAS STOLEN OUT OF MY CAR, WE RECENTLY RECOVERED THE OLD IPAD, MY SPOUSE SUGGESTED THAT I COULD NOW RETURN THE NEW IPAD, i LOOKED AT HIM AS IF HE HAD LOST HIS MIND!!!!

Christmas is tomorrow and still no item

You can't speak to an agent and when you speak to one via chat they take forever to get back with you to give you a lie of an answer. Still waiting on my grandbaby item to pick up and Christmas is tomorrow. I should've ordered this from Target, I would've had it by now. So disappointed in Best Buy. No one answers and no one call or text to give you an update. Just ridiculous! The one thing my grandbaby wanted she will not get until I shop elsewhere to find her one but it won't be until after the holidays. Just wow!
