This gave me peace of mind from day one that my iPad was in safe hands even though I never had to file a claim I was confident that if I did I was assured coverage. My iPad still looks brand new with no scratches due to caring about this Apple product. I definitely would purchase this again. So worth it!

Such a simple process! I was hesitant to purchase this off of Amazon based off of the negative reviews., but they couldn’t be more wrong. They made it sound like such a hassle to pair the product with the Apple Care plan. However, this was not the case. After setting up the iPad, I opened the settings, i then went to general, and it showed that my iPad was already under Apple Care. Just to make sure, I called and Apple confirmed that my product was covered. Great Product!!!!

We have purchased Apple Care for other products purchased and we have found that it pays for itself in the long run.

Haven’t use it yet but I like having it for peace of mind you may never know

Loving my purchases ! iPad easy for me to get my information and work completed . Its the same with the computer .Geek service on the phone helpful . However more difficult to try and chat .Agents don't seem able to help and they question away indicate that you are not responding . Even when you are typing ! They end chat while you are answering their question . All in all love most of my experience in contacting by phone .

Excellent value. The monthly Apple care has replaced 3 iPads in 4 years. My kids are hard on their iPads. Not physical, but they challenge the longevity. School work, gaming and video are their main uses.

Apple care was a great purchase. My daughter cracked the screen on her ipad and we were able to get a replacement for a minimal fee. It was a life changer. I would highly recommend this product.

Apple Care is one the Best things you can get. The stand Behind all they sell and have always helped my Family when we needed it. We Only have Apple Products in our home due to the Quilty and support they Give you. They could maybe Lower cost a little or give a better price when you have Multiple Apple Devices< GREAT COMPANY.

No hassles very simple. we went right to Apple store in the mall and we had no issues at all customer service was great and they explain to me the situation I was having was operator error there was nothing wrong with the Apple TV like I thought originally it was me.

In any case that something goes wrong with your item you won’t have to pay an exorbitant out of pocket cost if Apple Genius Bar cannot fix your tech issues.

Love this iPad my favorite thing I use it every day all day and fat. I’m on it right now can’t live without it. I would highly recommend this iPad.
