Love my AppleCare! They always take time to understand my issue and explain it so I can understand what is going on. I can always understand their speech. They are a friendly, down to earth, friend next door kind of people. I have an Apple iPhone, iWatch, Mac computer, and tablet, and AppleCare keeps me going!

AppleCare+ has saved my kids iPad so much it would be crazy to not buy it especially how affordable it is

I bought this for my iPad when I should've bought insurance for the ipencil... I've gone through 2 broken pencils, but my iPad is A-okay! Considering I bought the iPad for $300, I think I ended up paying at least $150 in apple care before I canceled it. wasn't worth it for me but it would definitely be worth it for more expensive products

Love my iPad . When I purchase this iPad it was on sale , I was kind of scared to use something like this, it just so happen I had a year of using it before the pandemic hit .i became very comfortable using it before my congregation went to zoom meeting . Glad Jehovah guided me well.

This apple I pad was a christmas present to our 12 year old daughter. We purchased the pen with it. The pen was about 100 $ more. Shes very happy with it so far. She loves the pen and draws with it all the time. Her bestfriend got the same ipad, different color.

I bought this as a little one would be using the iPad and you just never know. Have not had to use it though.

Best product ever. However Bestbuy customer service is so bad it took me 4 hours and 9 customer service reps to return an item. I would recommend shopping at Lowes. Bestbuy has some of the worst reviews for customer service. Google it. It real.

It is very satisfying to know I can call AppleCare when an issue comes up with my iPad. I have not needed to call in a while, but when I did, I got quick service and appropriate help with the issue.
