This apple I pad was a christmas present to our 12 year old daughter. We purchased the pen with it. The pen was about 100 $ more. Shes very happy with it so far. She loves the pen and draws with it all the time. Her bestfriend got the same ipad, different color.

If you get an Apple device, you get AppleCare. AppleCare guarantees you’ll get Apple service, Apple support, and an appointment at any of Apple’s retail or partner locations when something goes wrong.

Best product ever. However Bestbuy customer service is so bad it took me 4 hours and 9 customer service reps to return an item. I would recommend shopping at Lowes. Bestbuy has some of the worst reviews for customer service. Google it. It real.

Excellent investment by getting AppleCare+ to protect your Apple products. In my case it’s for an IPad. I use the iPad every week for music education, creative options, communication and everyday life activities. Get AppleCare+

AppleCare+ is something I would never go without. We have used it once already to repair an iPad screen and the process was easy and quick.

Monthly plan makes it affordable if you don’t want to pay by the ear. I have it on every Apple product.

It is very satisfying to know I can call AppleCare when an issue comes up with my iPad. I have not needed to call in a while, but when I did, I got quick service and appropriate help with the issue.

It’s really worth it.my iPad screen was broke & not fixable but with this service they give me a new iPad.

It's not a bad deal, always worth the piece of mind if I drop my iPad in the toilet, I can file a claim and get a replacement. Or if I crack the screen I can pay a reduced cost to get it replaced. It's a warranty that is actually worth the cost.

Fortunately I haven't had to use this for my iPad, but the piece of mind is worth the small monthly fee.

I have had no problems with this product. It works as expected, no reason to rate any lower

Protect your investment and get Apple care. Just be aware that Best But isn’t always as good as going directly to an Apple store. Since it’s their product I’ve experienced that Apple has a little more leeway on helping you out.
