    Having AppleCare+ really helps in getting genuine Apple help. I had difficulties at the start, and the patience, good AppleCare agent really was helpful and stayed with me for almost two hours.

    When purchasing new phone, it is imperative to get AppleCare as well. Best Buy is always prompt and reasonable when it comes to fixing or replacing phones should issues arise.

    Rather pay $99 for iPhone repair or replace than the full price . Extending the warranty to an extra year and will cost you less for your screen replace/ repair
